The former Rover Group factory in Solihull, West Midlands, is now owned by Ford and is currently producing Land Rovers.

Back in 1999 everything seemed like business as usual, little was anyone to know that 1 year later this factory was not to be a part of the Rover Group any more, but was to be sold to Ford instead for a handsome sum!
