British Car Enthusiasts Rally 2007 – Grand Prize Draw.

1. The Draw will take place at 16.00 on Sunday 9th September 2007, at the Organisers tent for the British Car Enthusiasts Rally, Wicksteed Park, Kettering, Northamptonshire. Winning tickets will be drawn by an independent person witnessed by a representative from Make-A-Wish Foundation (UK).
2. First Prize is a pair of Virgin Balloon’s ‘Silver Experience’ tickets. Ride must be taken within 12 months of draw date. The Virgin gift certificate pack will be despatched by recorded delivery to the winner within 48 hours of the draw, provided suitable address details can be confirmed.This prize has been kindly sponsored by Laing O'Rourke Plc.
3. Second Prize is a short break courtesy of Haven Holidays. The prize is for a 4 day midweek or 3 day weekend for up to 6 people in 4 star or bronze accommodation, and must be taken before the end of October 2007 (excluding school holidays). The Haven gift certificate pack will be despatched by recorded delivery to the winner within 48 hours of the draw provided suitable address details can be confirmed.
4. Third Prize is £20 worth of Halfords gift vouchers. Again, depatch will be with 48 hours, subject to confirmed address details.
5. There are NO cash alternatives to these prizes.
6. Names of main prize winners and amounts raised will be published on brit-cars.com on or before 19th September 2007.
7. Ticket price is £1 each. There are no discounts allowed for bulk purchases.
8. No ticket to be sold by or to anyone less than 16 years of age.
9. All profits will go to Make-A-Wish Foundation (UK). Charity Registration No.295672. Anticipated expenses to be met from ticket sales are Local Authority registration fee’s (£37.50) and postage of certificates/vouchers to main prize winners if they are not present at the draw.

11. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary, for example Mrs Jones from Berkshire.
12. No liability is accepted by the promoter for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post, any late entries will be classed as donations to Make-A-Wish Foundation (UK).
13. In case of any dispute, the promoter’s decision will be considered final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
