British Car Enthusiasts Rally 2008 – Grand Prize Draw.
1. The Draw will take place at 16.00 on Sunday 7th September 2008, at the Organisers tent for the British Car Enthusiasts Rally, Wicksteed Park, Kettering, Northamptonshire. Winning tickets will be drawn by an independent person witnessed by a representative from Make-A-Wish Foundation (UK).
2. First Prize is a ‘Red Letter Days’ Gift Card worth £150. The Gift Card may be used as payment toward any experience booked via www.redletterdays.co.uk (0845 640 8000)
3. Second Prize is Marks & Spencer vouchers worth £50.
4. Third Prize is £10 worth of Pizza Hut vouchers.
5. If prize winners are not present at the draw, prizes will be despatched by recorded delivery to the winner within 48 hours of the draw provided suitable address details can be confirmed.
6. There are NO cash alternatives to these prizes.
7. Names of main prize winners and amounts raised will be published on brit-cars.com on or before 15th September 2008.
8. Ticket price is £1 each. There are no discounts allowed for bulk purchases.
9. No ticket to be sold by or to anyone less than 16 years of age.
10. All profits will go to Make-A-Wish Foundation (UK). Charity Registration No.295672. Anticipated expenses to be met from ticket sales are purchase of prizes and postage of certificates/vouchers to main prize winners if they are not present at the draw.

12. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary, for example Mrs Jones from Berkshire.
13. No liability is accepted by the promoter for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post, any late entries will be classed as donations to Make-A-Wish Foundation (UK).
14. In case of any dispute, the promoter’s decision will be considered final and no correspondence will be entered into.
